8. Return & Refund Policy (14-Day Window – Texas Compliant)
Return Window
Most new, unopened items may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items (For Hygiene & Safety)
• Opened clipper blades
• Opened razors
• Used shears/scissors
• Used grooming tools (combs, brushes, etc.)
• Items marked “Final Sale”
Unopened items may be returned within 14 days.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your product arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 14 days with photo/video proof.
We will provide a replacement or full refund, including original shipping.
Return Shipping
• Customer pays shipping for non-defective returns
• We cover shipping for defective/damaged returns
Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
ID Verification
We may require a photo ID for high-value returns. Any ID data collected is destroyed within 6 months, per Texas law.
