📦 Shipping Policy


Barber Supply Depot

Thank you for shopping with Barber Supply Depot. Our goal is to deliver your grooming and barber supplies quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.



1. Order Processing Time


• Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

• Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM may begin processing the next business day.

• During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days.


You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a tracking number once your order ships.



2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times


We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Typical delivery times (after processing):

Expedited Shipping 2–3 business days

Priority / Express 1–2 business days


Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier.



3. Shipping Rates


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Order weight

• Destination

• Carrier selection

• Shipping speed


We currently ship within the United States only unless otherwise stated.



4. Free Shipping


Barber Supply Depot offers free shipping for orders over $299.



5. Tracking Your Order


Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

• A tracking link

• Carrier name

• Estimated delivery date


Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.



6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses


Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Barber Supply Depot is not responsible for orders shipped to:

• Incorrect addresses

• Old addresses

• Addresses with missing apartment/unit numbers


If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address:

• The customer is responsible for reshipment costs.



7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages


Once a package has been handed to the carrier, it is the carrier’s responsibility.


Barber Supply Depot is not responsible for:

• Packages marked “Delivered” but not received

• Stolen packages

• Delays caused by carriers or weather


If your package is lost or marked delivered but missing:

1. Check with neighbors or building management

2. Contact the carrier directly

3. Notify us at barbersupplydepot@gmail.com


We will assist where possible but cannot issue refunds for carrier-verified deliveries.



8. Damaged Packages


If your order arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 48 hours

• Provide photos of the package and product

• Email: barbersupplydepot@gmail.com


We will work quickly to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.



9. Pre-Orders or Back-Ordered Items


If applicable:

• Pre-order items ship on the estimated release date listed.

• Orders containing both in-stock and back-ordered items may ship separately or together depending on your preference.


We will communicate any delays.



10. Order Risk, Fraud Prevention & Signature Requirement


To protect our customers and Barber Supply Depot from fraud:


• Any order flagged by Shopify as a medium or high-risk order may be subject to additional verification.

A signature will be required upon delivery for all orders identified as medium or high risk.

• Orders flagged as medium or high risk are limited to a maximum purchase amount of $250.

• Barber Supply Depot reserves the right to cancel, refund, or request additional verification for any order deemed high risk before shipment.


These measures help ensure secure and successful delivery.



11. International Shipping


At this time, Barber Supply Depot ships within the United States only.

International shipping may be added later.
