Refund & Return Policy — 14 Days


Thank you for shopping with Barber Supply Depot. To keep our products safe, sanitary, and high quality, we follow the return guidelines below.



Return Window (14 Days)



  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Returned items must be new, unopened, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories included.




Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items



For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:


  • Clipper blades
  • Razors
  • Used shears/scissors
  • Combs, brushes, or tools showing wear
  • Any product labelled “Final Sale”



Unopened items from this list may be returned within 14 days.



Defective or Damaged Items



If your item arrives defective or damaged:


  1. Contact us within 14 days at barbersupppydepot@gmail.com.
  2. Provide a photo or video of the issue.
  3. We will offer a replacement or a full refund including original shipping.



We cover return shipping for defective/damaged items.



Return Shipping Costs



  • Customers pay return shipping for standard (non-defective) returns.
  • We cover shipping for defective/damaged items.




Restocking Fee



A 10% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns.

No fee applies to defective items.



Refund Method



Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.


ID Verification (Texas Compliance)


For high-value returns, we may request a photo ID.

Any ID information is securely destroyed within 6 months in accordance with Texas law.
